Supporting Each Other
I serve on the teacher’s council at NY Insight Meditation Center in Manhattan and support the community through teaching a variety of programs. A community of friends practicing together can help to bring about and maintain awareness. The essence of a community that practices together is awareness, wisdom and friendship.
